Siberiasoft is a small software studio. It builds its own products AI-first rather than bolted on, and offers the same engineering as consulting — from prototype to production, with the unglamorous plumbing that decides whether software survives contact with real users.
What it does
Two sides of the same practice. The studio ships and operates its own products — currently invite-only — and takes on outside work in the areas that depth lives in: applied AI/ML, databases, and full-stack development.
Who’s behind it
Siberiasoft is run by Vladislav Shcherbinin — a CIO and CTO with 20+ years scaling technology for global enterprises, a CIO-100 award for a machine-learning system, and a US patent. The work here is deliberately hands-on: someone who still reads execution plans and ships production code, not just slide decks.
How it works
Senior, pragmatic, and small on purpose. The priority is software that ships — deployed, observable, and still sensible six months later — over architecture for its own sake. The same rigor behind the products is what an engagement gets.
